Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes, our phone line is always open. You can either call, text or send a Whatsapp message to +44 7459 728 081.

How much notice do I need to give for delivery of an order?

Due to the ongoing pandemic, our kitchen is currently operating at a reduced capacity to allow us to continue to serve you safely. As a result, we have suspended our express delivery service, and will now require more notice prior to order fulfilment.

Please place your orders before midnight every Friday for delivery slots the following week. Unavailable days will be blocked out during checkout so you can easily see the earliest available slot. Orders can be placed at any time during the week, with cut off for the next week set to Friday by midnight.

Please note, we do not deliver on public holidays, Sundays, Mondays or the next working day after a public holiday

Where do you deliver?

Our delivery covers mainland UK. That’s all of England, Scotland & Wales. Due to the perishable nature of our products we are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. We also deliver to some parts of the US.

Do I need to be at home to receive my delivery?

Your order will arrive in insulated packaging that will keep the food cool during transit and after delivery, but it is best for you to be home to receive the delivery. This is because we advise removing the food from the box and putting it in the fridge or freezer as soon as possible after delivery. If you are not going to be in when your order arrives, you can let us know if you’d like the courier to leave the order in a safe place at your address.

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

Yes, but they’ll need your card or proof of your ID to collect the order
